ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. Red Deer, has been in operation since 1981 and offers services in transportation planning, urban streets, rural highways, commercial, residential and site development services.

The Red Deer office is located in the downtown core at the intersection of 47 Street and 51 Avenue. Our office has enjoyed continuous growth since its inception and demonstrates ISL's strong, ongoing commitment to central Alberta.

Although the majority of the work in this office focuses on transportation and land development disciplines we are able to provide complete ISL services to our clients through our established relationships with the Edmonton and Calgary ISL offices.

Our close proximity to Edmonton allows Red Deer staff to participate in many company functions, both educational and social, thus building a strong and connected team of ISL employees. ISL is committed to supporting the communities we work and live in by participating in community events as well as enjoying the great amenities the Red Deer area offers.

The 2013 Green 30

ISL Engineering and Land Services (ISL) is proud to be among Canada’s 30 most environmentally-conscious employers. In 2013, ISL has been ranked number one. It is the third time ISL has been on the Green 30 list.

The list of Canada’s “Green 30” organizations, based on employee perceptions about their record on environmental stewardship, was released on May 9, 2013, by Aon Hewitt and published by Maclean's magazine. The list was developed based on employee responses to questions in the 2013 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada survey. Over 190,000 employees at more than 280 organizations were asked about their employer’s environmental practices. ISL ranked at the top of the 30 companies whose employees have a positive perception of their efforts.
