Overview
When it comes to designing bridges the ISL structural engineering team has the expertise and dedication to get the job done. Its group of engineers, planners, structural designers, construction specialists and CADD technologists is highly experienced at taking major bridge projects from concept to construction.
When roadway planning is required, the ISL structural team utilizes the company's transportation expertise for traffic modeling, and roadway and interchange design.
When required by ISL's municipal and landscape departments, the ISL structural engineering team designs water reservoirs, water treatment plants, retaining walls and other miscellaneous structures.
Clients include major cities and municipalities across Western Canada, and ISL also has a long and successful working history with Alberta Infrastructure and Transportation.

ISL Engineering and Land Services (ISL) is proud to be among Canada’s 30 most environmentally-conscious employers. It is the second time ISL has been on this list.
The list of Canada’s “Green 30” organizations, based on employee perceptions about their record on environmental stewardship, was released today by Aon Hewitt. The list was developed based on employee responses to questions in the 2011 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada survey. Over 130,000 employees at more than 250 organizations were asked about their employer’s environmental practices. ISL ranked within the top 30 companies whose employees have a positive perception of their efforts.
