OWNER’S ENGINEER

We have extensive experience as Owner’s Engineer in P3 Delivery models for major transportation infrastructure. This includes preparation of the design-build contract documents, review of proponent’s documents, document control using SharePoint, conducting construction audits, and the overall management of a large project including utility crossings, multiple municipalities as stakeholders and major water crossings.
