About This Project
Located between Calgary Trail and Gateway Boulevard, EVER Square is a 5.79-acre mixed-use commercial development designed to serve both daily commuters and the surrounding community. Featuring seven buildings, a six-storey tower, and over 250 parking stalls, the site integrates accessibility and efficiency with thoughtful urban design. ISL served as the Civil Consultant, leading site grading, servicing, and stormwater management.
Working closely with EVER Red and Fillmore Construction, ISL developed an integrated utility strategy to streamline approvals and enable early construction. The project required carefully staged construction along high-traffic corridors and coordinated progression of onsite and offsite work. Advanced 3D grading and drainage modelling ensured optimal surface design within tight site constraints, while an innovative underground stormwater system provided a cost-effective, space-saving solution that met regulatory requirements.
EVER Square’s walkable layout, complete with perimeter sidewalks and six separate access points, was designed to be both accessible and inclusive—supporting safe, convenient movement for people of all abilities. With amenities tailored to daily commuters and a layout that encourages community connection, EVER Square is poised to become a vibrant hub for business and a valuable addition to Edmonton’s evolving urban landscape.
