ISL Takes Home Two Awards at ACEC Saskatchewan 2025

ISL was recognized with two awards at this year’s ACEC Saskatchewan Awards. The annual program highlights excellence in engineering across the province and celebrates projects that contribute to stronger, more resilient communities.

This year, two ISL projects received recognition in the Municipal Infrastructure and Buildings categories.

Two Twelve Mass Timber Condo

Saskatchewan’s first mass timber condominium, 212 Sask Crescent, was presented with an Award of Merit in the Buildings category. The project highlights the growing use of mass timber in the province and showcases its potential in residential building design.

ISL provided structural engineering services for the development, including connection detailing and support for the mass timber system. The completed building expresses the natural character of exposed timber while meeting the structural requirements of a modern residential project.
