Hawk & Handlebar
Every can counts. Hawk & Handlebar is a crisp pale ale brewed by Omen Brewing for Team ISL — with all proceeds supporting MS Canada through MS Bike Edmonton 2026.
A Local Edmonton Collaboration
Brewed with purpose, this easy-drinking pale ale supports Team ISL’s ride from Leduc to Camrose in the MS Bike, raising funds for MS Canada.
Both ISL and Omen Brewing have personal connections to MS, making this collaboration one that is shaped by the impact of the disease. Every can helps support Team ISL’s fundraising efforts in the fight to end MS.
The hawk on the label is inspired by a familiar sight around ISL’s Edmonton office—a nosy hawk who was affectionately named after ISL founder Roman Wozniak, who lived with MS.
Light and refreshing, this pale ale is delicately hopped with Citra and Amarillo for a subtle citrus character and smooth balance. Whether you’re a craft beer regular or just getting started, it’s a great choice for a great cause.
Since 2017, ISL’s Edmonton office has raised over $100,000 in donations for MS Canada through participation in MS Bike
Brewed Locally by Omen Brewing
An Edmonton Staple
Omen Brewing has been a family affair since day one. Founded in 2018 by the Oswald brothers and their father, the brewery quickly established itself as a highlight of Edmonton’s Happy Beer Street — a destination for those who appreciate their beer with a little more depth and character. Bold, rich brews are their calling card, but Omen’s lineup runs wider than you might expect, with lagers, ales and a gluten-free option ensuring there’s a perfect pour for every guest.
Behind the scenes, a 10BBL brew house and six 10BBL uni-tanks keep quality delicious, consistent and every pint fresh. Their newest releases are always on tap at the Tap Room located at 9942-67 Avenue in Edmonton, and for those who aren’t local or can’t make the trip, Omen beers are available at restaurants and liquor stores throughout Alberta.
Beyond the beer itself, Omen Brewing is deeply rooted in the Alberta brewing community and grateful for every customer who walks through their doors. It’s a bonus when that customer walks in insisting they don’t like dark beer, but then leaves as a full-fledged convert.

Our 2026 Fundraising Goal
In 2026, Team ISL aims to raise $30,000 in support of the fight to end MS. Each sale of Hawk & Handlebar helps us get closer to our goal.
MS Affects us All
Canada ranks among the countries with the highest rates of MS in the world — and every day, 12 more Canadians join that reality. The cause is unknown. The cure doesn’t exist. Yet.
