ISL Expands Structural Team
ISL’s Structural Engineering team is growing, with the addition of two highly experienced professionals: Scott Loptson and Sadegh Kazemi. Their leadership and technical expertise will support our continued growth in structural engineering and bridges across Western Canada.

Scott Loptson has joined our Langley office as General Manager, Bridge/Structural – BC/Yukon. With decades of experience in bridge engineering and project leadership, Scott will play a key role in expanding our capabilities in the region.
Sadegh Kazemi has joined our Burnaby office as a Manager, Bridge/Structural. Bringing a strong background in structural design and project management, Sadegh will further ISL’s technical expertise and assist in delivering innovative solutions.
Both Scott and Sadegh bring deep industry knowledge and proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
