ISL Welcomes Steve Strawson as Director, Project Delivery Office
ISL continues to strengthen how we deliver projects with the addition of Steve Strawson as Director, Project Delivery Office (PDO).
Steve brings a strong track record of helping organizations improve and scale project delivery in multidisciplinary environments. His experience leading similar transformations will support ISL’s continued growth while enhancing consistency and performance across the business.
In his role, Steve will focus on strengthening and standardizing project delivery practices, ensuring teams are supported with the tools, structure, and processes needed to deliver high-quality outcomes. As a member of ISL’s Senior Leadership Team, he will work closely with Sectors, Business Development, and Business Services to shape the PDO and ensure it delivers meaningful value for teams, clients, and the organization.
Steve is drawn to ISL’s multidisciplinary model and collaborative culture, recognizing the impact that comes from people and disciplines working together toward a shared goal. His leadership will play an important role as ISL continues progressing toward Vision 2030.
With extensive experience building and leading project delivery offices, Steve has helped organizations improve how they operate while maintaining strong technical performance. His approach aligns with ISL’s culture and values, with a focus on enabling teams and supporting long-term success.
