ISL Names Kevin Terness as President and CEO

EDMONTON, MARCH 31, 2025 – ISL Engineering and Land Services (ISL) is pleased to announce a key leadership transition as Kevin Terness, P.Eng. steps into the role of President and CEO. This transition reflects ISL’s commitment to strong leadership, sustainable growth, and continued excellence in community infrastructure, client service, and innovation.
Kevin has been a valued member of ISL since 1998, progressing through key leadership roles, including founding the Burnaby office in 2004 and joining the Board of Directors in 2016. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding ISL’s presence and supporting its strategic growth.

ISL would also like to acknowledge the ongoing contributions of outgoing President and CEO Rodney Peacock, P.Eng., who remains an integral part of ISL’s leadership team. His guidance and strategic vision have played a significant role in shaping ISL’s direction, and he will continue to provide leadership and mentorship as the company moves forward. His presence ensures continuity, stability, and the continued success of ISL’s long-term strategy.
